Churn Farm House
This project was a substantial renovation of a 5-bedroom property for the Beeswax Dyson Farming Group. They are a commercial client who worked with LBR decorating to fulfil their decorating needs. Contracted by The Blewbury Building Company.
The building has new and old aspects requiring some extensive sanding preparation to bring the old in line with the new.
The ground floors were fully restored, consisting of sanding soft wood, and parquet flooring, allowing the client to keep original features within the property. They were finished with Osmo oil to bring them in line with a modern-day finish. A full comprehensive redecoration was undertaken in every room of the house.
